In a last assault the « Tarantula » returns. And for its last stand it takes the guise of the Mexican Fireleg. This is a more pure animal rendition of the UR-103T. It looks more aggressive, more venomous and is unmistakable with its vivid orange luminescent markings. On a more peaceful note, the UR-103T “Shining T” unveils its mechanism for all to see: ARCAP P40 bridge; titanium Geneva crosses; orbital cross in ARCAP P40 ; and hour satellites crafted from transparent sapphire. The elegant fluidity of the 103′s mechanics is exposed for all to appreciate.

La marque 4N est née de la volonté de revenir à une évidence dans l‘affichage numérique, en proposant une alternative mécanique aux montres indiquant l’heure au moyen d’aiguilles rampantes. S’il est utile de préciser d’où vient le nom, 4N est à lire dans sa version anglaise 4 numbers, écho aux 4 chiffres de l’affichage des dizaines d’heures, heures, dizaines de minutes et minutes. Dévoiler, mettre en lumière ces états originels du temps, résumés sous le chiffre 4, passe par l’exposition d’une séquence rythmique affirmée qui marque ces états.
4N was born from the desire to create a simple digital display and propose a mechanical alternative to analogue timepieces with moving hands. The name of the brand is derived from the English « 4 numbers », which refers to the four digits on a digital counter which represents the tens of hours, hours, tens of minutes and minutes. Revealing and highlighting time mechanisms in their original state, summed up by the figure 4, the watch displays rhythmic sequences of the passing of time.
