Noramis by UNION GLASHÜTTE is the German watchmaker’s first collection that includes both men’s and ladies’ models. Consistently simple and classic in design, these watches focus on the essential: displaying the hours and minutes. Perfect understatement expressed by a timeless design and high quality craftsmanship, continued inside the watch.
With its clearly structured dial, its crisp digits, tapered indices and pointed hands, the Noramis is reminiscent of those classic watches that lose none of their fascination over time. This timeless retro look is emphasised by the curve of the sapphire crystal, and its anti-reflective coating on both sides. The dial is also curved, accentuating the fine shimmer of the sunburst finish particularly well. Different versions play with refined colour contrasts: silvery indices and hands stand out against the black and anthracite dial. The version with rose gold accents on a silver background is particularly elegant. A perfect frame is formed by an unembellished bezel and beautifully rounded stainless steel strap lugs, which open out into either an elegant brown or black leather strap with crocodile grain or a screwed stainless steel strap. These models are available with a case diameter of 34 or 40 mm.
The Noramis ladies’ model (34 mm case diameter) is based on the same classically beautiful design, although it is a little more extravagant: The black dial is decorated with ten diamonds, creating discreet highlights between the two digits at 12 and 6 o’clock. A black leather strap with crocodile grain rounds off its noble appearance.
The high-quality craftsmanship of the Noramis collection is of course continued inside the watch. A screwed-on sapphire crystal back affords a view of the automatic movement with 42 hour power reserve. It is finished with exclusive UNION GLASHÜTTE components. The rhodinised rotor bears the skeletonised brand lettering and is decorated with the Glashütte stripe finish. The timepieces are water-resistant to 100 metres/10 atm.
The Noramis models are available from  1,380€. The 34mm diamond-set model costs  1,650€.
