Informa Exhibitions, a sister company of Monaco Yacht Show organiser Informa, and the management of the Geneva Time Exhibition launch the Monaco Time Show. Around twenty leading watch brands will be exhibiting their collections at this prestigious show, from September 21 to 24, 2011 at the four-star Fairmont Monte Carlo Hotel.
Under the concept of Time for Sea, the inaugural Monaco Time Show will be staged at the same time as the Monaco Yacht Show, the world leading yacht show. Held in a special 2,000 sqm display area inside the Fairmont Hotel, Monaco Time Show will be a new opportunity for private collectors, watch professionals and aficionados to discover the finest and luxury pieces of the twenty watchmakers; cocktail parties will notably be organised during the fair in order to meet the exhibitors and share their passion.

Following the huge success of the first GTE Superwatch Award held at last January’s Geneva Time Exhibition, MTS will also award the best watches presented at the Monaco fair, according to three categories: Lady, Gentleman and yachting.
Time for Sea
The Monaco Time Show will be organised by Geneva based Florence Noël, founder of the Luxeco & Partners PR agency and Director of the Geneva Time Exhibition. Florence has an extensive network of contacts throughout the watch business, and will be responsible for the development of Monaco Time Show to ensure that it adds grace and appeal to Monaco: “This is a magnificent challenge and a tremendous opportunity to further promote luxury watches internationally – and help to strengthen the bond between Time and Sea, which has been at the heart of maritime navigation since the beginning!” she enthuses. Organised at the same time as the Monaco Yacht Show – who gave their special and exclusive agreement -, MTS will aim at anchoring at Monte Carlo for the long term and offer the greatest watchmakers to the high profile international clientele coming to Monaco, and providing a further reason for visitors to come to Monaco for the world’s premier luxury events.
